DANCER OF THE MONTH: Carlos Robinson

MSBU presents Carlos Robinson as April’s Dancer of the Month. Carlos has been stepping for seven years and to this day embodies everything desired in a dance partner, and most important as a member of the dance community.

Carlos was part of the original members of New Life Steppers of Milwaukee.  He has enriched his dance knowledge through lessons with Whodini, MSBU and Westside Mike (Chicago). Carlos uses the knowledge he has gained to share and teach his partners how to be better dancers.  A true gentleman, Carlos recognizes his dance partners as individuals and ensures their dance will be pleasant for both.
Carlos’ dance success also extends out of state. He is a current member of High Level Entertainment of Chicago, who hosts monthly sets every 3rd Saturday. Carlos has demonstrated that it is possible to achieve out of state growth while ensuring unyielding support to his local dance community.
